Mr. James I've been thinking about the graduation of our employees and I saw that some of them have a little graduate career. I've been thinking about the option that you told me to search the pros and cons to capacitate our employees. So firstly I thought made an agreement with some university to form a group of employees to have class on Saturday, but the idea has two disadvantages. One that as much capacited our employees be much companies will look for them, and the second is that they will not like to spend they Saturday on classes. My second option is that we give English classes. The benefits of English classes is that we will globalize our company expanding it. But, is too expensive to engage English teachers or English school and our company does not have this money, this would be a drawback. And finally I thought on hired new employees, the pros of engage new employees,is more disposition to work and more experience. But nowadays the labor market is too much competitive and it will cost more than the other options this is a con. Hi, Mr. Castro my name is Nadia and recently I wanted to start to run, but I Always start I feel tired, my legs starting to hurt and I can´t finish the 3.1 miles so how can you help me with this little problem? Hi Nadia , when I started to run and do sports I had the same bad problem and I take some time to solve it because I had been doing it wrong but now with me helping you , you will see the difference faster than you imagine. So if you have time to run 3 or 4 times in a week, do it. If you can´t go to the gym because if you create a habit to run you´ll accustom your body for physical activities and will be easier for you. Second, you must forget the distance and time , you should take an watch and say to yourself " today I will run 20 min " and just forget the distance , first we conditioned our body to endurance and after we worry about speed. Nadia I don´t know your physical structure but if you are fat, you mustn´t run because running is an sport with big impact and will hurt your legs and articulations and them look for an sport like swimming or a gym. Brasilia the interesting capital

Now days in Brasilia we have a lot of places to visit and a lot of things to do. Some people that live here think that this city is boring because has lived here for a long time and is enough to visit the whole place but it isn't and I will show why. First in the places to visit there is Palácio ITAMARATY where is located the minister of international relationship and is a beautiful construction. Second there is the TV TOWER that has one of the most beautiful view of Brasilia, if you had gone to the TV tower yet and you want to see na incredible view of Brasilia, you can go to the digital tower that is a new beautiful and big construction that is a few minutes on downtown. Finally there is a beatiful cathedral that was designed by Oscar Niemeyer that died recently and left this beautiful places and constructions. There are also the 12 shoppings, a big lake, one beautiful park that is called Parque da Cidade , and a lot of more places to visit there are also many things to do like first make stand up in the lake Paranoá, it is a fun option to you do with your family, second you can run in one of the races that has in this city every weekend because those races the city is called the national capital of SPORT like triathlon, a sport that you swim , cycling and run , the races and and much more. So it is a bit of the many things you can do and you can visit in the capital of this beautiful and tropical country. television the new teacher

In 21 century the television has been the new teacher of the society bringing information, opinions and making our lifes more interesant , interative and dynamic.
 TV have a lot of advantages, first is the high level of information that can be show like News , wich everyday the TV  show sometimes in the same time of something is happening.The second advantage of watch  is that TV is interative and  you can do something everytime and TV helps in this, finally TV is a way to you join with your Family , you can watch a movie, soup opera and series.
TV have some desadvantages, first  some teenagers don´t study to watch TV , second someti-mes  the TV show a diferent opinion  of yours and is a kind of boring and finally in my opinion the worse desadvantage of TV is that often they want to form your opinion making up your mind and that is not cool.
So TV  have your advantages and desadvantages its your choice if you use it for good ou bad, TV is like internet you have the tool just need to know how to use.
